Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Nathubhai decided to pursue dentistry after taking a mission trip to Nicaragua and seeing first-hand how immediate dental care could relieve pain, restore dignity, and fundamentally improve someone’s life. This experience clarified that dentistry was his calling, as it offered a blend of hands-on healthcare and having a life-changing impact on his patients.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Nathubhai earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and attended the University of Texas Health Sciences at San Antonio for dental school. He also has his master’s in health sciences and has completed continuing education with Arrowhead Dental Program, as well as Dr. Buchanan’s endodontics course.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Nathubhai’s family lives in Longview, where he grew up, and where his parents own a motel. Outside of the dental office, he enjoys watching sports, working out, hanging out with friends, and traveling with his girlfriend. He’s a big foodie, so he also loves trying new restaurants (you’ll find him on Yelp a lot!).
